The Smart Way to Find Your Newark Party Bus Rental
Partybusescolumbus.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and not a transportation provider. It's a tool that makes finding group transportation in Newark, Ohio genuinely simple. Fill out one short form or call 614-591-0565, and you'll see pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Licking County and the greater Columbus metro, all in one place.
Because Partybusescolumbus.com isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. Instead, you get a real look at what's actually out there — different vehicle types, different price points, different amenity packages — so you can find what actually fits your group. Heading downtown to the Short North for a bachelorette night?
Need a charter bus to haul 50 guests from Newark to a wedding venue in Granville? Planning a corporate shuttle loop between a conference hotel and a Newark facility? There's a vehicle in the network for each of those trips.

Find the Newark Bus Amenities You Want
What's on your list matters — and different vehicles come with very different setups. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically includes perimeter wraparound seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and a built-in bar area. A minibus keeps things cleaner and more straightforward — climate control, reclining seats, and overhead storage — making it a natural pick for corporate shuttles, wedding guest loops between Granville bed-and-breakfasts and the ceremony venue, or school field trips.
A full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which makes a real difference on longer runs to Columbus or beyond. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but the quote form lets you filter by what your group actually needs.

Newark party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how many hours you need, and how far out you're booking. As a planning benchmark: a minibus rental in the Newark area runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus generally falls in the $250–$375 per hour range depending on the date. A 56-passenger charter bus for a longer run — say, Newark to a Columbus arena and back — typically lands between $200 and $350 per hour.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Newark
Finding group transportation in a mid-size city like Newark has always been a quiet frustration. You call one company, leave a voicemail, wait a day, find out they don't have your vehicle available, call a second company, repeat. Partybusescolumbus.com exists to replace that entire loop with one form and one phone call.
Because the site connects to a network of independently owned transportation companies — not a single fleet — you're comparing real availability across multiple providers simultaneously. That means more vehicle options, more competitive pricing, and far less back-and-forth for you. Whether you need one minibus for a Licking County winery crawl or a fleet of charter buses for a large corporate event at a Newark manufacturing facility, the network has the scale to handle it.
Quotes are free, require no account, and take about a minute to generate online — or call 614-591-0565 any time. A support team is available every day of the year to walk through vehicle options, build out a custom itinerary package, and answer every question about pickup logistics, group size, and timing. Find the right bus for your Newark trip today — it's genuinely that fast.
Newark Party Bus Services for Your Event
Partybusescolumbus.com helps Newark groups find transportation for every occasion — from airport transfers and Columbus stadium runs to wedding shuttles, bachelorette nights, prom, corporate events, and winery tours through Licking County. Whatever brings your group together, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it.

Newark Airport Shuttles & Transportation
The closest major airport to Newark is John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH) (4600 International Gateway, Columbus, OH 43219), roughly 35 miles west of downtown Newark via US-40 or I-70. For groups flying in or out together — a family reunion gathering from out of state, a corporate team arriving for an off-site — coordinating that run in separate cars means multiple pickup windows, multiple parking costs (CMH short-term garage parking runs $7 for the first hour), and someone inevitably getting stuck in the I-670 merge heading toward downtown Columbus.
A Newark airport shuttle bus takes everyone to the terminal in one move. Gather your group first, confirm everyone has their bags, then the bus moves. Commercial vehicles pick up curbside at the arrivals level; review the CMH ground transportation page before your travel date for current lane assignments.
For a deeper look at CMH logistics, the CMH shuttle guide covers the approach in detail. Call 614-591-0565 to build your Newark airport transfer today.

Newark Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Short North Arts District (High Street between I-670 and Buttles Ave, Columbus) is the most common destination for Newark bachelorette groups — a walkable strip of cocktail bars, rooftop patios, and late-night spots less than 40 miles from downtown Newark. The problem: street parking on High Street on a Saturday night is either nonexistent or a 10-minute walk from wherever you actually want to be, and calling six rideshares for a group of 18 after midnight is a coordination nightmare with surge pricing to match.
A Newark bachelorette party bus takes that whole scramble off the table. A 20- to 30-passenger party bus covers a typical bachelorette group with LED lighting, a sound system, and perimeter seating — the party starts in Licking County, not in the parking lot. The bus handles the I-70 West run, drops everyone at the first stop, and picks the group up whenever the night winds down.
No surge pricing, no headcount drama, no missing person at 2am. Call 614-591-0565 to check availability for your date.

Newark Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the more memorable ways to kick off a milestone birthday — and for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in the Newark area, the visual is hard to beat. A Newark birthday party bus rental in the 15- to 25-passenger range is the right fit for most teen celebrations, keeping the whole friend group together from pickup through the night's itinerary, whether that's dinner in Columbus, bowling at a Licking County venue, or a stop at Easton Town Center (160 Easton Town Center, Columbus, OH 43219) before heading back.
For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th, 40th, or 50th — a party bus from Newark to Columbus bar crawls along the Brewery District or German Village covers the evening without asking anyone to drive home. Partybusescolumbus.com connects you to vehicles from the 15-passenger range up to 50-passenger party buses, so the size is never a problem. Fill out the quote form or call 614-591-0565 to check what's available on your date.

Newark Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of Central Ohio's major concert venues sit 35–50 minutes west of Newark on US-40 or I-70, which means your group is looking at significant Columbus traffic on show nights. Kemba Live! (405 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43215) draws crowds of 2,300 in the indoor room and up to 5,200 in the outdoor amphitheater — and Neil Avenue on a sold-out Saturday turns into a slow crawl with street parking almost nonexistent.
The Schottenstein Center (555 Borror Drive, Columbus, OH 43210) hosts arena-level touring acts with nearly 19,000 seats and tailgate-style lot congestion on show nights.
A Columbus concert bus rental from Newark handles the I-70 run both ways, drops your group at the venue entrance, and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged spot after the show — no hunting for the car in a dark lot, no one having to stay sober to drive. For Kemba Live! logistics, the Kemba Live! group transportation guide has venue-specific detail on drop-off and bus staging. Call 614-591-0565 to lock in your date.

Newark Corporate Event Transportation
Newark sits in the middle of a significant industrial and logistics corridor — Amazon, Owens Corning, and several large manufacturing operations anchor the Licking County employment base. Corporate groups here often need shuttle loops between Columbus hotels and Newark facilities, executive transfers between CMH and conference sites, or multi-stop runs across the US-40 corridor for off-site events and team-building days.
A Newark corporate event charter bus handles all of it without asking anyone to drive. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right fit for smaller executive groups moving between the Newark Granville Road corridor and downtown Columbus — quiet, climate-controlled, with reclining seats and overhead storage for bags and presentation materials. For larger convention shuttles or multi-bus employee transport, the network has the fleet size to cover it.
Call 614-591-0565 any time to discuss a custom corporate package, or fill out the quick form for immediate pricing.

Newark Private Event Transportation Services
Licking County's event calendar gives Newark groups plenty of reasons to move. The Buckeye Lake Venetian Festival draws large summer crowds to Buckeye Lake — about 15 miles south of Newark — with fireworks, food, and waterfront events that make parking along State Route 79 a predictable mess by early evening. A charter bus from Newark drops your group at the lake and handles the return run without anyone sitting on SR-79 for an hour.
For private group events at venues like The Granville Inn (314 E Broadway, Granville, OH 43023) or a corporate off-site at one of the Licking County parks, a minibus handles the pickup loop without the parking math. Large church groups, family reunions, and community organization outings all move smoothly with a Newark private event charter bus handling the logistics. Call 614-591-0565 — the support team can build an itinerary package around whatever your event requires.

Newark Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Licking Valley, Newark, Heath, and Granville high schools all hold proms within a tight spring window — typically late April through mid-May — and demand for party buses across Licking County spikes hard during those six weeks. Vehicles book out weeks ahead of time, and waiting until March to start calling means paying a premium or coming up empty on your date.
For prom: book your Newark party bus by January. That's not a suggestion — it's the difference between your group riding in a 20-passenger party bus with the amenities you actually wanted and scrambling for whatever's left at peak pricing. Partybusescolumbus.com makes it easy to compare what's available now, confirm your itinerary, and lock in your vehicle before the spring rush hits. Call 614-591-0565 today or fill out the form to see current availability for your prom date.
The central Ohio prom transportation page has more on timing and vehicle selection.

Newark School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Newark-area schools have no shortage of field trip destinations within an easy bus run — the National Road/Zane Grey Museum in Norwich, Mound Builders State Memorial (246 N 33rd St, Newark, OH 43055) right in town, and the Flint Ridge State Memorial in Glenford are all within 30 minutes. For longer educational runs, COSI Columbus (333 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215) and the Ohio History Center (800 E 17th Ave, Columbus, OH 43211) sit 35–40 miles west on I-70.
A Newark school event charter bus keeps students together, eliminates the carpooling coordination headache for teachers, and — on longer runs — onboard restrooms on select vehicles mean the trip doesn't stop at every rest area. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; note it when you request your quote. Fill out the form or call 614-591-0565 to confirm availability for your school group's date.

Newark Sporting Event Transportation
Ohio State home games at Ohio Stadium (411 Woody Hayes Dr, Columbus, OH 43210) seat 102,780 — the largest stadium in the Big Ten — and the I-70 West corridor from Newark to Columbus fills up fast on game day mornings. Parking near the Horseshoe runs $30–$50 in private lots, with the closest university lots requiring a permit purchased well in advance. Without a plan, your group is splitting into multiple cars, fighting for the same limited lot space, and hiking a significant distance from wherever you do manage to park.
A Newark charter bus to Ohio Stadium solves the whole equation — the group loads up together in Licking County, the bus handles the I-70 run, and drop-off happens near the stadium gates before the lots are even full. The return pickup is pre-arranged so there's no post-game rideshare scramble. The Ohio Stadium group transportation guide covers the approach, drop-off zones, and bus staging in detail.
Columbus Clippers games at Huntington Park (330 Huntington Park Ln, Columbus, OH 43215) are also an easy Newark-to-Columbus bus run — check the Huntington Park bus guide for specifics. Call 614-591-0565 to book your game day bus.

Newark Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Granville — six miles west of Newark on OH-16 — is one of the most sought-after wedding destination towns in central Ohio, with venues like The Granville Inn (314 E Broadway, Granville, OH 43023) drawing couples from across the state. The inn sits on a tight downtown block with limited on-site parking for large guest counts, and asking out-of-town guests to navigate the Granville one-way street grid after a reception is a predictable problem.
A Newark wedding shuttle bus solves both sides of the equation — a minibus loops hotel blocks in Newark or Columbus to the ceremony venue, then runs a timed return shuttle after the reception so guests aren't stranded or driving. For the bridal party, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the morning-of pickup with the right aesthetic and enough room for everyone. Partybusescolumbus.com can quote both vehicles simultaneously so you're not making two separate calls. Call 614-591-0565 or fill out the form to get wedding shuttle pricing for your date.

Newark Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Licking County sits at the western edge of Ohio's Utica shale wine country, with a cluster of small-production wineries and craft breweries within 30 minutes of downtown Newark. Johnny Appleseed Winery, about 20 minutes southwest in Pataskala, and Broken Rock Vineyard, near Utica in the northern part of the county, are among the local stops groups tour on a Licking County wine crawl. On the craft beer side, Smokey Barrel Brewing in downtown Newark and the growing taproom scene along Mount Vernon Road give local pub crawl groups plenty of stops to chain together.
A Newark winery tour bus keeps everyone together between stops and takes the driving question completely off the table — which is the whole point of a wine tour. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus is the right size for most Licking County tour groups, with enough room to stay comfortable between vineyards and enough flexibility to add or reroute stops on the fly. Fill out the form or call 614-591-0565 to get pricing for your group's date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Newark Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusescolumbus.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusescolumbus.com?
Partybusescolumbus.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. The site connects you to pricing and vehicle options from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Newark, Licking County, and the greater Columbus metro — so you can compare buses and rates in one place instead of calling a dozen companies separately.
How does Partybusescolumbus.com work?
Fill out the quick online form with your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — or call 614-591-0565 any time. You'll see vehicle options and pricing from companies serving your area, with no account required and no obligation. A support team is available every day of the year to help you sort through options and put together a package that fits your itinerary and budget.
How much does a party bus cost in Newark?
Newark party bus rental pricing depends on the vehicle type, the date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: minibuses run roughly $200–$275 per hour; 20- to 25-passenger party buses typically fall between $250 and $375 per hour on weekends; 50-passenger party buses can run $325–$500 per hour on high-demand weekend nights. These are ranges to help you plan — the actual rate for your specific trip depends on availability and your itinerary details.
Fill out the form or call 614-591-0565 and you'll have pricing in about a minute.
How far is Newark from Columbus, and does that affect the price?
Downtown Newark is approximately 35 miles east of Columbus via US-40 or I-70, which typically means a 40–55 minute drive depending on time of day and traffic. Most rentals are priced on a per-hour basis, so a Newark-to-Columbus round trip for a Buckeyes game or a concert at the Schottenstein Center will factor in both drive time and time at the venue. The support team at 614-591-0565 can walk through how your specific itinerary affects the hourly total.
What's the best vehicle for a small Newark group heading to Columbus?
For groups of 10–20 heading into Columbus for a game, concert, or night out, a minibus is typically the most practical fit — easier to park or stage near urban venues than a full charter bus, climate-controlled, and considerably cheaper per person than splitting rideshares both ways. For groups of 20–30 with a party focus, a 25-passenger party bus gives you the LED lighting, sound system, and bar area without paying for 50 seats you don't need. Call 614-591-0565 and the support team can match the vehicle to your actual headcount and itinerary.
Can I get a bus that picks up in Newark and drops off at multiple Columbus stops?
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries — like a Newark pickup, dinner in German Village, and then a Schottenstein Center show — are a completely normal request and something the network handles regularly. Just include your planned stops when you fill out the form or describe them when you call 614-591-0565.
The quote will account for total trip time including all stops, and the support team can help you sequence the itinerary so the timing actually works.
Are ADA-accessible vehicles available for Newark groups?
ADA-accessible buses are available through the network. Note your accessibility requirement when you fill out the online quote form or mention it when you call 614-591-0565, and the support team will filter options accordingly. This applies to school field trips, family events, corporate shuttles, and any other occasion where a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is needed.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Newark trips — a winery tour, a birthday night in Columbus, a corporate shuttle — two to four weeks of lead time is workable if demand is normal. For Ohio State home game weekends, prom season (late April through mid-May), and any Columbus event that draws 50,000+ people, book two to four months out. Prom is the highest-stakes window: vehicles across Licking County and the Columbus metro fill up fast within a six-week sprint, and prices climb as availability shrinks.
The safest rule for prom is to book by January. For everything else, the earlier you call, the more vehicle options you'll have at the better end of the price range.
Popular Newark Party Bus Destinations
From the earthworks of the ancient Hopewell culture to Ohio Stadium's upper deck, Newark groups travel for a wide range of reasons. Here are six destinations — in Newark and across central Ohio — that consistently draw group transportation requests, along with the operational details that matter when you're moving a crowd.

Mound Builders State Memorial (Newark Earthworks)
The Newark Earthworks — including Octagon Earthworks and Great Circle Earthworks — are among the most significant surviving examples of Hopewell ceremonial architecture in North America and are part of the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks UNESCO World Heritage Site designated in 2023. The Great Circle site (455 Hebron Rd, Heath, OH 43056) is open daily and has a main parking area off Hebron Road, though it is a surface lot without overflow capacity for large convoys of vehicles. For school groups and tour groups arriving by charter bus, the parking lot accommodates full-size vehicles.
The site is free to visit, making it one of the easiest Newark-area field trip stops for school groups traveling from Columbus or Licking County. Address: 455 Hebron Rd, Heath, OH 43056.

Ohio Stadium (The Horseshoe)
Ohio Stadium (411 Woody Hayes Dr, Columbus, OH 43210) holds 102,780 fans — the largest stadium in the Big Ten and one of the loudest in college football. For Newark groups making the 35-mile I-70 run on game day, the logistics start getting complicated well before kickoff: university permit lots require advance purchase, private surface lots along Olentangy River Road fill by mid-morning for noon kickoffs, and the nearest widely available public parking runs $30–$50 per vehicle. A charter bus from Newark drops your group near the stadium gates before the worst congestion sets in and returns for a pre-arranged pickup after the final whistle — no lot hunting, no post-game rideshare queue.
The Ohio Stadium bus guide has full drop-off and staging detail. Phone: (614) 292-7572.

The Granville Inn
The Granville Inn (314 E Broadway, Granville, OH 43023) is a Tudor-style property built in 1924, sitting directly on Granville's main street six miles west of Newark. It's one of central Ohio's most sought-after wedding reception and private event venues, with a main dining room, private banquet spaces, and a courtyard. The downtown Granville block is compact — on-site parking for large guest counts is limited, and Broadway itself is a narrow two-lane road that becomes congested when multiple events run simultaneously on weekend evenings.
A wedding shuttle minibus staging at a nearby hotel parking lot and running timed loops to the inn's entrance is far cleaner than asking 80 guests to navigate it independently. Phone: (740) 587-3333.

Kemba Live!
Kemba Live! (405 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43215) hosts 2,300 fans indoors and up to 5,200 in the outdoor amphitheater, making it one of the most active mid-size concert venues in Columbus. It sits in the Short North/Goodale Park corridor, where Neil Avenue street parking disappears by early evening on show nights and the surrounding residential blocks enforce permit-only zones.
For Newark groups making the Columbus run for a show, a party bus handles the I-70 transit and drops everyone steps from the entrance — the bus stages while your group is inside and picks everyone up after the show, long after the rideshare queue on Neil Ave has peaked and priced accordingly. See the Kemba Live! transportation guide for current drop-off logistics.

Easton Town Center
Easton Town Center (160 Easton Town Center, Columbus, OH 43219) is a 1.5-million-square-foot open-air retail, dining, and entertainment complex on Columbus's northeast side — about 25 miles from downtown Newark via I-270 South. It's a frequent stop for birthday group outings, holiday shopping trips, and Sweet 16 itineraries that combine dinner, shopping, and a movie in one location. Easton has large surface parking lots, but on peak weekend evenings and during the holiday shopping season (November–December), the internal lot circulation backs up at the main Easton Way entrance.
A minibus drops your group at the pedestrian entrance and stages in the outer lot, skipping the internal traffic entirely. Easton is also a natural midpoint stop on a Columbus-area tour itinerary before continuing to the Short North or German Village. Phone: (614) 337-2200.

Huntington Park
Huntington Park (330 Huntington Park Ln, Columbus, OH 43215) is home to the Columbus Clippers, the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians, and sits in the Arena District just north of downtown Columbus. The stadium holds 10,100 fans and offers a genuinely accessible game-day experience — ticket prices and parking costs are far more manageable than an Ohio State football Saturday — making it a strong choice for school groups, corporate outings, and family reunions coming in from Newark. The closest parking lots are along Nationwide Blvd, but they fill on promotional-night games (fireworks nights draw sellout crowds).
A charter bus from Newark drops your group at the Huntington Park Ln entrance and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged spot after the final out. The Huntington Park group transportation guide covers bus staging and drop-off in full.
